- Your role will offer a good variety of in-office and external duties covering all aspects of full portfolio management (training provided).
- With no leasing (no weekends) and no trust account management, portfolios are capped to ensure service and job satisfaction remain high.
Requirements
- At least 18 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager / Property Manager (portfolio or pod tailored to your level).
- Hold a current Real Estate Certificate.
- Hold a current driving license.
- Be reliable and career-focused.
- Well presented with strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Adaptable personality skills. Problem solving, negotiation.
- Friendly, sociable (critical to uphold the excellent company culture).
