We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our professional and supportive team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to achieving positive outcomes.
This role covers managing all aspects of the day to day operations of property management including, but not limited to;
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of a portfolio of approx. 120 properties
- Arrears management
- Liaising with tenants/landlords
- Handling of repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Preparation of documentation relating to the leasing of properties
- Prepare and attend Tribunal hearings when required
- Attend and participate in team meetings and training
- Regular rent and lease reviews
- Coordinate the placement of prospective tenants
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Property Manager
- Outstanding time management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Great attention to detail, organised, methodical and a can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eager and friendly attitude
- The ability to work within a team, take instructions and work unsupervised
- Strong computer skills
- Strong work ethic and passion for the Real Estate industry
- Well presented
- Knowledge of PropertyMe preferred but not essential
- Drivers Licence and well maintained car
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
