Property Manager
Our client is seeking a skilled residential Property Manager to join their team, giving them all of the training and support they need to hit the ground running.
You will be working for a fantastic high end office, with flexibility to work from home, a friendly team & the best support.
Your role will be to manage a local portfolio, covering all areas, including, but not limited to building landlord/tenant relationships, handling enquires, maintenance tasks, lease renewals.

JOB DUTIES:
- Managing a local portfolio
- Building client relationships with landlords
- Maintenance requests
- Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc
- Property inspections
- Lease renewals
WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary of $75,000 - $85,000 + Super + Commissions
- One in six Saturdays
- Training / support

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management experience
- Valid drivers license and reliable car
- Great personal presentation and verbal skills
- A determined & "can do" attitude
- Mandarin speaking advantageous
