Responsibilities include:
- Managing property portfolios
- Handling lease renewals and rent reviews
- Overseeing repair and maintenance
- Conducting lease sign-ups and preparation
- Managing arrears
- Carrying out routine inspections (initial PCR's are outsourced)

- A valid driver’s license
