The Role:
With a local, manageable portfolio and plenty of support, the Property Management staff don't feel overloaded and are able to provide the exceptional service this agency has become renowned for!
- Capped portfolio of up to 130 properties
- VA’s, Admin support
- NO routines, NO leasing - A team to support you and conduct routine inspections and leasing
- No Trust Accounting or entering invoices
- Local portfolio
- Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Trades as needed
- Process and follow up on maintenance orders
- Lease renewals
- Arrears management
- Send reports to Landlords
- Upload rental listings online
- Tenant sign-ups
- Using state-of-the-art systems, procedures and technology
- Minimum 1-2+ years experience in Property Management
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Drivers license
- The ability to work from home and autonomously without supervision
- Hard-working and honest work ethic
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
