An opportunity exists for a motivated, enthusiastic, organised and professional experienced Property Manager to join our successful team at our Ray White Scarborough office.
Requirements
Placing the right candidate is important to us. An outstanding attitude together with these attributes and skills, will be vital to secure a shortlisting for this much sought after position.
- At least 12month + experience as a Property Manager.
- The ability to think independently and take ownership.
- Effective communication skills.
- Is experienced with real estate software including Property Tree, Realworks and Inspect Real Estate.
- Has a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
- Has a valid drivers licence.
- Is presentable and professional in approach.
- A high communicator who understands customer service, client values and expectations.
