Qualifications & experience
- Current real estate Property Manager registration and a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills plus be highly organised with excellent time management ability.
- Excellent customer service skills and high level problem solving and dispute resolution.
- Efficient computer skills, knowledge of Property Me, REI forms, DocuSign, Inspection Express and IRE is preferred, and the ability to learn systems quickly.
- Have and maintain a good working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
