The Company

Recently securing a $150M government contract, our client, a large multinational services company, is in a high growth phase and seeks an experience property and procurement manager to assist with their rapid expansion programme.

The Role

Reporting to the CFO, this is a highly ranking role for an experienced commercial property procurement professional. By leveraging your already established industry contacts, the role’s main requirements are sourcing, negotiating, and leasing and managing small tenancy commercial properties for existing and future offices.

The Duties

• Develop and manage APEX & CAPEX budgets and programmes
• Ensuring all contract and legislation regulations requirements are met
• Attend and represent company at meetings, when needed
• Project manage fit outs, relocations, upgrades, and refurbishments
• Ensure lease terms are always adhered to
• Develop and implement effective procurement processes in line with company’s framework
• Support and undertake procurement training and development programmes
• Establish and maintain contract records

The Requirements

• 5 years’ commercial property management and/or procurement experience, preferably exposure to both
• Experience with small tenancy commercial negotiation and leasing, preferred
• Confidence using cloud based property management software
• Well developed verbal and written communication skills
• Team player across a broad with an established network of industry contacts
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
