AddressRiskTech is continually growing the capabilities of our consulting group and need to employ another Property Risk Consultant to join the team. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will be required to provide competent Property Risk Management advice across a broad range of our large client base.
The role includes:
- Property Risk & Compliance Assessments
- Hazardous Materials assessments
- Asbestos Risk Management
- Other Property Risk inspections such as hazardous chemicals, plant risk, indoor air quality etc.

We offer tailored risk management solutions to clients across a broad range of sectors focusing on both regulatory and insurable risks. We specialise in Property Risk engineering and property compliance, as well as hazardous materials identification and management.
The Location
RiskTech has a national presence. We are currently seeking to expand our national capability with positions based in our head office in Sydney.
Essential Criteria
- High quality interpersonal communication skills
- Good report writing capabilities
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to both work in a team or independently
- Ability to travel and Current driver’s license
- Can-do attitude with engaging and positive approach
Desirable Criteria
- Qualifications in Science, engineering, building compliance or similar
- Licensed asbestos assessor qualification
- Knowledge of Property Risks including WHS, hazardous chemicals, confined spaces, asbestos and other Property Risks
- Experience in converting and managing new business opportunities (at least 2 years experience in the provision of risk management consulting services)
Salary
- Negotiable - depending on experience and qualifications
