Property Strata/Planning and/or Construction Lawyer (Graduate-Intermediate)

YOUR NEW ROLE

As a valued senior member of the firm, reporting to & being mentored 1:1 directly by a top calibre partner (an industry leading specialist construction/planning/strata lawyer) you will love primarily litigating (in Superior/Land & Environment Courts & NCAT) on a full spectrum of intellectuallystimulating +interesting disputes relating to:

• building and construction disputes and claims resolution, including adjudication applications, expert determinations, arbitrations and conventional litigation; 
• planning disputes eg relating to town planning, rezoning, development applications,  environmental prosecutions/compliance, land access/acquisition, environmental impact assessments/approvals, cultural heritage/vegetation protection/contaminated land issues and climate change/sustainability, environmental risk;
• strata property litigation.

Also opportunity to engage (if you wish) in some non-litigation (ie advisory front-end) construction planning and strata property cases.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• are admitted as a solicitor in NSW (or about to be soon);
• have minimum 1 year experience in 1 or more of: 1) construction law; 2) planning/local government law; 3) strata law;
• have strong communication, research, negotiation, advocacy and client management skills;
• are practical, adaptable, commercial, dead-line driven and results-oriented;
