Our Property Styling team loves creating beautiful spaces and an exciting positionhas become available for an experienced Property Stylist to assist with the growth of our property styling division.
About the Role
As a Property Stylist, you will enjoy working closely with our team as well as the autonomy of being responsible for delivering and creating beautiful spaces every day. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience to join our growing team. Your primary role will be to manage styling projects from furniture selection to completion. You will enjoy meeting with real estate agents and booking new work while being able to offer exceptional time management and logistics skills.
Role responsibilities:
- Responsible for selection, installation, pack down of each styling job and maintaining our high styling standards for our clients
- Design and install on-trend furniture displays to properties for sale
- Ability to meet the customer brief and take responsibility for the installation and design
- A keen eye for detail and an ability to ‘edit’ are essential
- Liaising with the customer during installation to work through any questions/concerns in relation to the style or otherwise
- Client Interaction and experience with booking jobs through both real estate agents and homeowners
- Ongoing new business development and bookings while maintaining existing work flows
- Liaising, organising and directing removalists
- Well-presented and organised at all times to represent our Company Brand
- Strong understanding of the property styling industry and can demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to firm deadlines
- Ensuring the complete administration and execution of all installs through to completion
- Previous experience with CRMs and databases to manage job flow
- Working with marketing to contribute to the development of social content, case studies and promoting the company and brand
- Contributing in the warehouse to ensure it is kept organised and tidy
- Oversee stocktake and inventory project requirements
- Have their own vehicle and current driver’s license that can be used for work purposes
Experience & qualifications required:
- Notable experience in property styling
- Technology Skills: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, CRMs
- Experience in photography and dealing with Social Media
- Retail / Online buying and ranging experience for homewares is advantageous
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to lead by example
