We have an exciting opportunity to the join the Property Transactions Team as a Property Transactions Coordinator on a permanent, fulltime basis in Brisbane CBD.

 

About the team

The Property Contacts Team manages a large portfolio of advertising and vending machine sites located at stations and on the rail corridor. As a Property Transactions Coordinator, you will support the Team Leader Contacts in the management of existing contracts as well as research, identify and develop new revenue and customer experience opportunities and provide support to the Wider Transactions team.

Overview of main responsibilities:

  • Contract management – Administration and attendance at quarterly progress meetings held with vendors.

- Support Team Leader Contracts in financial management, including monthly budget analysis, forecasting, billing, recovery, and purchase order creation.

- Assess and process requests and safe work method statements for new asset installs and upgrades in discussion with multiple Queensland Rail stakeholders.

  • Data Analysis- Assess data and information to provide updates on budgets, reports, asset registers and performance of advertising and vending suppliers against contracted terms and conditions.
  • New revenue generation - Identify and evaluate new revenue opportunities within the property portfolio through data analysis, benchmarking, and opportunity assessment.
  • Stakeholder engagement – Maintain effective relationships with customers and community representatives, investigate issues and prepare information and data for the Team Leader Contracts.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Intermediate MS office skills with ability to learn new programs and systems.
  • Understanding of property and contract management.
  • Ability to foster and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • High level of understanding and creation of data and financial reporting.
  • Analytical and option/solution evaluation skills, attention to detail and strong planning and time management..Excellent oral and written communication skills.
