Your new role

Reporting to the Field Supervisor, the Protection, Automation & Control Technician will oversee the maintenance and commissioning of primary, secondary, and communications equipment within distribution, zone and sub-transmission substations and networks. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety, reliability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness of our services for customers and the integrity of our network assets.

We are looking for someone who:

To be successful, you must have:

  • Qualification in a relevant electrical trade.
  • A Class C drivers’ licence.
  • A WH&S WorkCover – General Induction
  • Experience in analysing electrical drawings (schematic diagrams is desirable)
