Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Provisional Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, interventions, and treatments to clients across all industries. The Provisional Psychologist will work under the supervision of a licensed psychologist and will be expected to adhere to ethical and professional standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients with various mental health concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards set forth by the profession and regulatory bodies
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology or related field
- Completion of a recognised Provisional Psychologist program
- Registration with the relevant regulatory body
- Strong knowledge of psychological theories and evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
