The Job 

• As a Psychiatry Registrar, you will be responsible for the clinical care of patients under the supervision of Senior Medical Staff

• You will manage patients and documents concerning risk management principles

• You will ensure prompt completion of discharge summaries to meet performance indicators

• As a Psychiatry Registrar, you will assist in the teaching of medical students and multidisciplinary colleagues

• You will participate in research and clinical audits

• You will participate in after-hours and weekend rosters

Requirements  

• Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) with minimum Level 2 supervision requirements, OR eligibility for registration via the Competent Authority Pathway
