About You:

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Psychologist within Northern Mental Health.

As a Psychologist you will be accountable to the Team Manager for the provision of assessment and treatment services for consumers of NALHN which aims to optimise health outcomes. In this role you will rotate through a series of clinical services.

Psychologists apply clinical experience, increasing clinical knowledge and professional competence to plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive and integrated services to the needs of consumers. In this role you will work under limited direct clinical supervision and may provide direction and support to less experienced staff, and students.

As a Psychologist you will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team and liaise directly with medical, nursing, allied health staff, other Community Mental Health teams, NALHN and with other private providers and community agencies.

To be eligible for this position, you must hold appropriate degree (Master of Clinical Psychology) or equivalent qualification recognised by the PsyBA. You must hold general registration with the PsyBA.
