Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Providing counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups to address various mental health issues.
Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to gain insight into clients' concerns, strengths, and treatment needs.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment reports.
Engaging in regular supervision, peer consultation, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.
Adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards in all aspects of practice.
Staying updated on the latest research and best practices in the field of psychology.
