This is a great opportunity to run a locally loved operation and put your food and beverage knowledge to the test.The Role:Reporting to group owner, this role needs a hands on professional that is food and service focused to take the offering to a new level. With a reputation for friendly service and ensuring the best product is offered, this role with offer both challenge and reward. You will have a keen knowledge for gaming service and bottle shop management also.What we seek includes:
- Previous experience as a General Manager in a higher volume, food and beverage focused venue
- Knowledge of all pub operations including F&B, gaming, compliance and dealing with licensing is necessary.
- A knowledge and understanding of gaming operations, patron psyche and how to maximise a gaming space.
- Fantastic all round knowledge of operations, reporting, budgets and forecasting
- Are a true leader, not just a manager and dictator
