As a result of our growth, we are in search of Public Area Attendants in Albert Park.
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Public Area Attendants who will embrace the vision and the strong culture of the company. We have multiple Part-Time Positions available at a hotel in Albert Park.
Qualifications & experience
- At least 3 years of previous Public Area Attendant experience
- Strong Communication Skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Establish a welcoming atmosphere and ensure courteous reliable service to all Guests, Clients, and GIAN Management.
- To complete deep cleans and daily cleans of all Hotel Public Areas in line with brand standards.
- To collect, segregate and dispose of waste throughout the Hotel.
- To respond to scheduled and ad-hoc client and guest requests
- Ensures high cleanliness and productivity standards are met and kept in accordance to company guidelines
- Have a hungry attitude, reliable and confident in dealing with all situations independently
- Genuinely care about teams and getting the best out of people
- Effective time-management skills
