What You'll Be Doing
Atturra is looking for skilled Publication Developers experienced in Strategic/ Technical writing and ideally experienced within Defence and Doctrine.
You will be tasked with researching complex information, engaging with subject matter experts and developing publications that present the information in a clear and unambiguous manner
We are seeking suitable applications who are preferably based in Canberra and open to either full or part time work. We can also consider applicants based interstate. Ex-serving personnel or ADF reservists are highly desirable, as are individuals with strong Stakeholder Engagement skills and networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching complex information and developing publications that present the information in a clear and unambiguous manner
- Stakeholder engagement
- Share your knowledge and help others in the delivery of technical documentation
- Analyse requirements to solve client problems and provide solutions
- Contribute positively to the Atturra culture
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
What Will make you Successful In This Role
- Must be an Australian Citizen with a minimum of an active Baseline clearance
- Canberra location preferred, other locations considered
- Previous Defence experience, with exposure to Joint environment highly desired
- A level of demonstrated experience in Defence writing standards and ADF Doctrine
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level Stakeholder Engagement and networking
- High level of organisation skills and the ability to work to dedicated timelines and deadlines
