How you'll make an impact

The PX Transformation and Enablement group exists to ensure delivery of key PX transformation priorities which will include strategic, cross-functional programs of work that address systemic review and delivery of uplift across the PX value chain including process, systems, insights and employee experience for Xeros. It is more critical than ever that our PX teams are able to deliver our strategy and that our functional resources are clearly aligned to enable these teams.

Working closely with the PX Transformation Manager and wider transformation & enablement team, you will support executing and delivering to our PX strategy, OKRs and transformation roadmap. Ensuring we develop and embed the frameworks needed to help us scale effectively and embed excellence in all that we design, build and deliver.

Our PX Transformation is focused on reimagining the way we deliver a world-class employee experience to employees and people leaders across Xero in a scalable and consistent way. Core to this is an optimised and user friendly knowledge and content base where employees and people leaders can easily and quickly access the information they need to support them with their people needs. In addition, to leverage emerging technologies like AI, and make the best use of our current technology stack, we need an up to date and optimised content base from which to draw content for systems.

You will make an impact by owning all content and knowledge across PX, embedding a consistent approach to content creation, governance, and optimisation.

What you'll do

  • Create and maintain standardised templates and guidelines for knowledge documentation
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure consistency and quality of knowledge assets.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and optimisation efforts.
  • Design and implement processes for capturing and documenting organisational knowledge
  • Organise and categorise knowledge assets for easy retrieval and accessibility.
  • Oversee the maintenance of a PX HelpCentre (or other centralised tools)
  • Ensure that information is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned
  • Work closely with various teams to understand their knowledge needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture and document domain-specific knowledge
  • Evaluate and implement knowledge management tools and technologies, with a specific focus on AI
  • Ensure the integration of knowledge management systems with other organisational platforms
  • Generate insights to recommend and advise on how best to improve our content to deliver our PX Transformation and a world class employee experience
  • Work with the PX centres of excellence (LX/TX/OD) to identify opportunities to improve content and knowledge management
  • Bring your natural curiosity, detailed approach and customer-oriented thinking to all you do, proactively delivering insights to inform decisions
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the transformation roadmap and how it aligns to Xero's and PX's strategic vision, direction and priorities
