AddressOur Client is a longstanding, service & solutions focused Mortgage Aggregator, looking to hire a dynamic, commercially astute & acquisition focused Broker BDM who can continue to grow the state portfolio.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate proven Australian market mortgage broker sales management of no less than 2years as this role with come with a portfolio of existing broker members along recruitment targets. Other requirements include:
- Proven experience meeting & achieving sales targets & business objectives
- Demosntrated success recruiting brokers
- Have the geniune passion & want to be a strong face to the aggregation brand
- Possess a sound strategic sales mindset with proven ability supporting brokers to achieve their business goals & objectives
- Superior engagement & communication skills
- Be determined, tenacious & resilient to the short & long game acquisition process
- be a self starter who is passionate about sales & service
