About us
Our bakery opened its doors 7 years ago. We are focused on quality sourdough bread and traditional French pastries and are now well-known in Brisbane. We opened the doors of our second shop in June 2021 in West End and we are now producing 7 days a week to provide for our own windows but also to more than 50 wholesales all across Brisbane.
Qualifications & experience
- It is preferred if the candidate have previous experience in the industry working as a Baker. Complementary training can be provided.
- Open licence is required for this position.
- We are looking for someone trustworthy and able to work autonomously.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Production/baking of sourdough breads and French-style pastries
- Working in with the current team to produce consistent high quality products.
- We are looking for people that are passionate about the trade and willing to assist in the growth of business by bringing fresh ideas and complimentary skills to the company.
