Qualified Butcher Manager

Penny’s Irish Butcher on Sydney's North Shore requires full time qualified Butcher Manager.

Salary range $110,000 - $122,000 pa

Level 7 Certificate butcher qualification or equivalent 

The following skills and attributes are required:

• minimum 5 years managerial experience in butchery
• must be trade qualified 
• ability to process traditional cuts, trim quality meats, prepare carcass stock and other value added products
• compliant with OH&S and food safety HACCP standards to ensure a safe working environment 
• outstanding customer service and communication skills 
• abiity to maintain a high standard of shop housekeeping
• high standard of personal presentation, hygiene and safety 
• positive attitude 
• reliable

This is a permanent, full time position and will include rotating weekend work.
