Friendly Plumbing, a well-established 24/7 emergency plumbing service provider serving the Eastern suburbs, Northern Beaches, and South Sydney, is currently seeking a qualified plumber to enhance our rapidly expanding plumbing maintenance and strata team. This role necessitates experience in residential, real estate, strata, and commercial maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional proficiency in various maintenance tasks, emergency plumbing maintenance, blocked drains, pipe relining, roof maintenance, and hot water services.
Responsibilities:
- Execute plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in strata sites and high-end residential properties.
- Undertake general plumbing maintenance tasks.
- Ensure adherence and compliance with relevant plumbing codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and external contractors to ensure project efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid plumbing license or certification.
- Possession of a clean driver's license.
- Possession of a valid white card.
- Demonstrated expertise in general maintenance work.
- Familiarity with plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Capability to mentor apprentices and offer assistance as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
