AddressRochele is growing and is currently looking for an experienced Renderer to join our team. We are a family owned and operated business since 1975 that prides itself on elevating trades and delivers residential and commercial property transformations across South East Queensland.
Successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Carrying out rendering jobs and rectification work regularly
- Liaising with clients to arrange time to complete allocated job cards
- Communicating with works programmer on progress of jobs
- Ensuring correct safety measures are used when erecting any scaffolding, ladders or trestles required to complete rendering works
- The use of drop sheets to be properly applied to any flooring or furniture to ensure our client’s belongings are protected
- All surfaces to be properly prepared as per our specifications
- Correctly applying any render as per our job card specifications and product specifications
Applicants for this position should:
- Be a fully Qualified Renderer
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Enjoy maintenance style rendering
- Capable of working independently
Must Haves:
- QBCC Rendering License or Builders licence
- Have a valid public liability insurance certificate
- Have work cover if employing other renderers
