Elite Fabrication, a 100% Australian-owned small business based in Bunbury, is seeking skilled professionals to join our dynamic team.
Position:Qualified Sheet Metal Fabricator OR Boiler Maker Welder
Full-time pay, determined by experience, ranges from $35 to $45 per hour, with additional compensation for overtime hours.
Minimum Criteria:
- Hold a current C class license.
- TIG and MIG experience
- Stainless and Aluminium experience preferred.
- Understand and interpret shop drawings.
- Show strong initiative and attention to detail.
- Dependable and efficient in a team environment
- Experience with workshop machinery (press, pipe benders, etc.)
Advantages:
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Qualifications or experience in Fabrication
- Desire to implement new design concepts.
Additional Information:
- In-house drafting capabilities
- Laser cutting facilities.
- CNC press components
Benefits:
- Minimum 40 hours per week with overtime as required.
- 9-day fortnight or 4-day week also available
- Relocation reimbursement for eligible candidates after 6 months
