A great opportunity to join a top registered NDIS provider that work to assist people with intellectual disability to help implementation the organisations risk management and compliance frameworks. You will work closely with all unity within the business as the compliance point of contact. Our client is looking for a Quality Manager who is experienced in developing, implementing and maintaining compliance framework; policies & audit & assurance programs.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and consultants, you will manage processes to ensure the framework is imbedded, compliant and fit for purpose.
Main responsibilities are:
- Implementing and maintaining the businesses compliance with the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding frameworks.
- Manager audits against the ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Reviewing and developing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Risk, Safeguarding and Quality Managers and their teams
- Provide assistance and guidance to the Quality team
- Reporting to senior management; committee & board
- Engaging with relevant stakeholders
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Previous NDIS experience preferred
- Detail orientated with ability to multi-task; prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Sound understanding of compliance in an NDIS setting (including the quality standards, WHS, infection prevention and control, and SIRS) or aged care/health care.
- High stakeholder engagement experience with excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Tertiary educated in either Law, Business or Finance
