The role
In this role, you will support our Quality Manager by conducting the internal reviews of our content before they get released to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring content is consistent and free from grammatical errors.
- Verifying that all multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) are correctly implemented and functioning as they should.
- Offering a fresh set of eyes by conducting usability testing to ensure a relevant and seamless learner experience.
- Working closely with designers to resolve any content related issues.
- Provide accurate and relevant feedback from your review process to designers.

You will have a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining content integrity and quality. You will be able to spot discrepancies a mile away from both a grammatical and aesthetic perspective.
Proficiency in both written and verbal English, with strong organisational and time management skills is absolutely essential.
