We are an Australian based business that delivers LAAMP across the globe to organisations who are looking to protect and empower their people whilst improving skills and knowledge transfer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a QA and Test Analyst to work alongside join our Product Development team in the testing efforts of our LAAMP SaaS Platform. The QA and Test Analyst must be detail oriented, working in an Agile methodology to create test plans, cases and documentation whilst ensuring User Experience and application quality are front of mind.

You will work collaboratively with a the broader product team and be responsible for the overall Quality Assurance and Testing practices for the LAAMP application, ensuring quality enhancements are delivered whilst minimising regression impacts.

Your duties will include:

• Development, implementation and execution of Quality Assurance strategies
• Maintaining quality through release management
• Development and implementation of automated testing strategies
• Development of automated tests
• Test scripting and Test summary reporting
• Highest level professional communication skills
• Deal with and resolve complex issues as they arise
• Manage risk in conjunction with business support services and teams

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in testing automation including:
  • Ul, UX, Functional
  • Integration
  • Unit
  • Performance / Load
  • Manual
• Knowledge of Automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Protractor, or equivalent
• Experience working in with a collaboration tools such as AzureDevOps and managing A through these tools
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated abilities in the areas of problem solving, issues management, negotiation, and presentation
• Prior experience in an Agile environment
• Previous experience working on a web and mobile platform is highly advantageous.
