The Quality Assurance Consultant will be required to provide expert advice to frontline staff and leadership regarding policies, procedures and contractual compliance under the Employment Services Contracts (Workforce Australia and Disability Employment Services).
The position will proactively monitor the Employment Services frontline operations to ensure contractual obligations are met, working collaboratively with leadership to achieve best practice and overcome any noted deficiencies or inefficiencies.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Assist FSA certification against National Standards for Disability Services, Quality Assurance Framework and Right Fit For Risk;
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of FSA’s Employment Services programs, benchmarking to the above Standards;
- Review and gather evidence to support Department led Assurance Activities, creating rectification action plans where required;
- Support Frontline Servicing teams by providing an additional layer of oversight for Wage Subsidy management, ensuring that all executed agreements are contractually compliant;
- Manage the Employment Services incident reporting, including but not limited to Workplace Health and Safety Incidents, Work for the Dole incidents and general activity incidents; and
- Work collaboratively with the Quality and Innovation Manager to support the Quality Assurance, internal audit and risk management of FSA’s additional service streams.

- High Level interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organisation;

- Ability to analyse complex issues and problems, develop feasible solutions and manage multiple concurrent works through to completion;

- Working with Children Check, National Police Check and a current unrestricted drivers licence.
