About the role
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Must have at least 12 months experience in a similar role or has supervisory experience.
- Excellent team building skills
- Ability to train staff to a high standard of cleaning
- Able to follow policies and procedures regarding the high standard of cleanliness expected throughout the property
- Ability to work over a 7 day rotating roster
- Good communication & coaching skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Previous experience in a supervisor role is desirable
- Attention to detail on reporting requirements
- Full working rights
