We are seeking a friendly, patient and reliable reception person for our dynamic organisation.
The position is part time 15hr per week (Mon-Wed) or 16hr per week (Tue & Wed) but ideally with the flexibility to occasionally cover for leave taken by others.
Although experience in a similar role within a health or the disability sector would be well viewed it is not essential as on the job training will be provided.

Duties
- Undertake reception duties
- Be a friendly and welcoming first point of contact for Firstchance
- Provide administrative support as part of the Quality and Engagement team
- Provide initial support or referral for onsite IT issues
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
- Work as an effective member of the broader Firstchance team
Qualifications and experience
- Certificate III in Business Administration Services or equivalent
- Motivated to provide quality customer service supports
- Demonstrated administration skills, including document formatting, attention to detail and highly organised
- Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills and effective team work skills
- Demonstrated use of initiative, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated skills and experience in use of Windows and Microsoft Office computer packages
