About this role

This is an exciting new role within the Consumer Experience and Clinical Excellence (CECE) directorate of the NMHS. Our small but friendly team of clinicians and patient safety experts, is looking for a Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our ranks. The position will play a pivotal role in supporting the NMHS wide clinical Quality Improvement program, working as part of a broader project team to deliver new processes, tools and training and supporting the use of data for Quality Improvement. You will be responsible for reporting on the Quality Improvement activities and performance measures to the Executive Team. This role will work collaboratively to deliver a new Clinical Excellence function for the NMHS.

This role reports to the Manager Clinical Excellence.

What we are looking for

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with considerable experience in change management and continuous Quality Improvement practices. Someone with a high level of interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to deal with a diverse range of stakeholders. Project management expertise and experience in managing Quality Improvement outcomes will be crucial in this role.
