AddressApt Resources is currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Quality Manager to join their client's team at a prestigious Royal Family in Abu Dhabi. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for quality control checking in the production of raw meat, items, products, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular audits to assess and improve the effectiveness of quality control measures
- Implement and maintain HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) systems
- Provide training and support to staff to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and rectify quality issues
- Manage and evaluate supplier quality and performance
- Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary actions to address concerns
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to drive continuous improvement in quality control processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in the Food Industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP standards
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Relevant certification in quality management is a plus
