What you'll be doing
The Quality Manager has a pivotal role in overseeing and leading quality processes including accreditation, improvement, research, education, consumer safety, and policies and procedures. The Quality Manager provides support to clinical services and has specific portfolio responsibilities.
The Quality Manager works in collaboration with relevant MHDA staff to implement an integrated quality and safety program across the all MHDA clinical services.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- What tertiary qualifications, significant experience and experience as a health clinician or worker do you have to support working as an MHDA Quality Manager?
- Please describe your experience and demonstrated commitment to consumer safety initiatives; clinical service improvement, including experience leading improvement / change processes.
- Please outline your experience and understanding of how a Quality Manager role would support a service with accreditation against the National Safety and Quality Health Service standards.
