About the role:
Due to an increased growth and demand Sydney metro, we now seek a full time Quality Training Officer ($65,000 - $75,000), utilising the Post Secondary Education Award.

The ability to travel into our head office in Martin Place is essential.
About you:
As someone who is passionate about their own learning and development, you love helping others and contributing as part of a team.
You are a clear communicator with experience working and interacting with people in an office environment.
Desirable Criteria:
· Experience working within the VET sector and within private RTOs
· Knowledge and understanding of VET Quality Framework (SNR, Data Provisions, FPPD, AQF)
· Exposure to curriculum development
· Experience in data integrity
· Ability to work unsupervised and good time management skills
· Ability to build supportive relationships with colleagues
· Moderate computer literacy including MS Office suite
· Willingness to undergo the HR Process with the Department of Communities and Justice for entry into a Correctional Centre.
· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment -TAE40116
· Exposure to Trainer Management and Operations
- Understanding of compliance requirements within an RTO
