We have opportunities available for:
Qualified Quantity Surveyor (2+ years exp) and Senior Quantity Surveyor (8+ years exp).
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a working knowledge of CostX. You will be required to undertake the duties of a Quantity Surveyor including:
- Undertake detailed measurement and pricing
- Work as part of a team to achieve project outcomes
- Build client and stakeholder relationships
- Undertake site inspections
- Prepare Initial Reports & Progress Claims and undertake assessments
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work is highly regarded. Relevant Tertiary Qualifications including AIQS or RICS membership is required, along with a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience in the Australian market.
Excellent telephone and written communication skills will also be required.
