Form of work About the Program: The Qube Cadet Program sets the framework for recent graduates and high-school leavers to enter the logistics and/or transport industry via Qube. This 2-year program sees graduates develop key skills and knowledge, giving them the opportunity to gain real-world experience within the industry. Throughout the course of the 2-year program, not only do we provide training and mentoring at every stage of development, but there are regular check-ins with the Qube team so you can stay engaged with your Qube journey. Start: Qube Cadet Program (NSW) begins February 26th 2024 - Applications open now! Location: Minto Duties: Accurate and timely data entry of container arrival and releases into Maximas Manage container stock via stock take reports generated at regular intervals Manage ‘status change’ function of containers as relevant Liaise with forklift operators via 2-way radio system to advise truck loading and unloading instructions Generate daily EDI logs and distribute to clients, shipping companies and internal departments as necessary Generate and distribute relevant reports as per client and management request Establish and sustain internal and external customer relationships Create and provide accurate client booking and release details as requested Courteous and efficient processing of drivers documentation Opportunities available: All of our cadets have the opportunity to choose if they would like to further their education while completing the program, with a number of certificates available, including: Cert III in Business Cert III in Driver Operations Cert III in Information Technology Cert III in Supply Chain Logistics Who we are looking for: Enthusiastic and motivated individuals eager to learn and grow Strong communication and problem-solving skills Team players with a can-do attitude Recent school leavers or individuals looking to kick-start their logistics career Passion for the dynamic world of logistics What we offer: Comprehensive training Mentorship Career advancement Competitive remuneration Real- World experience Benefits: Up to 50% off gyms, studios, active wear, healthy meals, supplements, recovery and more through the Qube Fit program.
