After being closed for the past 18 months due to the pandemic and related issues, the Bogong Power Station Information Centre is excited to announce its reopening soon! We are seeking our next 2 super stars to join our team as Information Centre Guides.Responsibilities:
As an Information Centre Guide, you will:
- Welcome and greet visitors with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our organisation, including its operations, history, and current initiatives. (Training will be provided)
- Maintain a clean and organised environment within the Information Centre, including restocking supplies.
- Gather customer feedback to help enhance the overall visitor experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of visitors.
- Knowledge of local attractions, amenities, and services is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is desirable.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
