Yankalilla Mechanical Repairs has been the local RAA Contractor for the past 11 years and has a small workshop in Yankalilla. Mainly focussing on RAA call-outs, towing and also have regular clients for servicing and repair work.
I am looking for a motivated person who is willing to learn all aspects of the business working one week on, 24/7 and one week off.
Qualifications & experience
- Qualified Motor Mechanic or Auto electrician
- Will consider non tradesman with experience and willing to take an aptitude test.
- Minimum MR Truck license or willing to obtain one.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair minor breakdowns.
- Liase with members, RAA and depot.
- Tow cars to Yankalilla Depot.
- On call week on/ week off.
- Good literacy and good computer skills.
- Requirement of the job is that you must reside in the Yankalilla district for the week that you are on call.
