About the role
BreastScreen SA is establishing a pop-up screening clinic in Aldinga in April 2024, with a view to having a permanent clinic in the future. Comprehensive mammography training is available if required.
The Radiographer (Breast Imaging) is responsible for:
- The provision of an efficient and quality mammography screening service in metropolitan clinics operated by BSSA. Willing to undertake training towards or eligible to hold a Certificate of Mammographic Practice (CMP) from the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (ASMIRT).

Essential Requirements:
Educational/Vocational Qualifications
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification, which entitles a statement of accreditation in Diagnostic Radiography from the Australian Institute of Radiography, or its recognised equivalent (up to July 2012) and then registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia (post July 2012).
