About the role We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Rail Supervisor to join our Rail Operations division in WA. Based in the Albany region this role will primarily be a FIFO or DIDO role on a family friendly roster. Rail Operations is an internal Business unit within Laing O’Rourke, specialising in the sole delivery of all aspects of Rail, working with a team of technical experts to deliver a high portfolio of work across Western Australia.    Key responsibilities Attends daily prestart and coordination meetings ensuring a coordinated approach in delivery. Supports the delivery team in implementing the LOR HSEMS systems. Ensures that the 30/60/90 days risks are identified, and controls are implemented. Implement the company QA procedures and ensure works meet quality standards and specifications. Additionally, implement the environment plan within the area/project.
