Raised Floor Planner

This specialist Raise Floor Planner contract role based in Bella Vista will offer the convenience of living and working close to home. This contract is offered for a period of 2 years.

Technical Capabilities

• Experience in configuring Application Performance Monitoring alerting thresholds.
• Experience working in and supporting financial environments.
• Sound experience working within a service orientated and risk adverse environment.
• Experience in implementing / creating process improvements.
• Ability to complete tasks without supervision, and provide guidance to entry / intermediate staff.
• Experience in an IT operational role within a medium to large environment.
• Knowledge of establishing, modifying and deploying Enterprise automation jobs.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN environments and technologies and extensive experience in one or many areas.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems management, including configuring and modifying infrastructure objects and alerting thresholds

• Ability to learn new technical skills for any new automation or monitoring tools as well as install and configure them with assistance from vendors.
• Graduate or Diploma qualifications relevant to the Bank or IT industry, or currently working towards.
• ITIL Foundation or technical certification.
