AddressALG is seeking a Ramp Agent Supervisor to join our client's team at the Tullamarine Airport. This casual contract role is initially scheduled Monday through Thursday, with potential for full-time hours.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise and ensure safe and efficient aircraft handling, encompassing baggage, towing, cleaning, and flight operations.
- Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills in managing disruptions and discrepancies.
- Maintain clear and precise communication among all stakeholders involved in airline operations.
- Uphold and promote the company's professional image through impeccable presentation and exceptional customer service.
- Foster a collaborative team environment while also excelling in independent work.
- Enforce rigorous adherence to aviation safety and security regulations.
Key Requirements:
- ADA (Aviation Security Identification Card): Ensure compliance and security within airport operations.
- ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card): Essential for access to secure airport areas.
- Baggage Handling Experience: Proficiency in handling and overseeing baggage operations.
- Supervisor Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Availability for an ASAP Start: Immediate availability to commence duties.
