Ramp Service Agent (Fbo) - Casual Position

We are seeking a vibrant and supportive candidate/s to join our Aircraft Fixed Base Operations (FBO) who will be available in a Casual capacity in assisting our full-time staff in performing aircraft Ramp Services and local aircraft operational movements for our VIP customers and crew located at Sydney airport. 

The successful applicant will be available for adhoc shifts Mon-Sun and will be responsible for:

• Executing aircraft ground handling services including marshalling and baggage handling
• Monitoring aircraft prior to arrival and updating key stakeholders
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times, representing the Jet Aviation Brand and Values
• Liaising with authorities to organise and secure relevant permits 
• Arranging crew hotel accommodation and transport as required

• Exceptional customer service at all times
• Experience working in a customer focused environment, delivering multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent time management
• The ability to work autonomously and be available for flexible shifts over in a 24/7 environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
