MS Queensland is excited to announce we are looking for a Lotteries Manager to join our team to shape and grow MS Queensland’s lotteries programs to help more people living with neurological conditions.

This role is responsible for overarching program design, strategy, and budget, developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth as well as managing key internal and external stakeholders to help deliver each campaign.
We are seeking a driven and growth-oriented individual with leadership skills, commercial acumen, regulatory knowledge, and operational implementation experience to drive success in a highly regulated and competitive market.
This role comes at an exciting time as the organisation looks to invest in Fundraising and Lotteries to help accelerate neuro-wellness across Queensland through services, community connection and research.
The Role:🚀 Strategy & Performance
- Develop and execute strategies to boost lottery sales, revenue growth and continued enhancement of MS Queensland’s lotteries program
- Identify growth opportunities and new partnerships that make us stand out from the crowd
- Analyse financial data to assess performance of the lotteries program including forecast revenue, expenses, profitability and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement or cost control
- Manage operational and financial risks
- Scout out the best technology to enhance performance and experience.
- Create buzz-worthy and groundbreaking campaigns that get people lining up for their shot to win!
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including, consultants, lottery platform and suppliers.
- Responsible for managing, monitoring and evaluating all lotteries campaigns.
- Oversee day-to-day lottery operations including winner liaison and prize distribution
- Analyse market trends, competitors and campaign data analytics to track performance, boost sales to refine your approach for maximum effectiveness.
- Ensure campaigns and operations comply with all legal requirements and maintain appropriate permits
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to uphold regulatory compliance

- Proficient in Australian lotteries regulations
- Have a solid understanding of and experience in the digital landscape, and the ability to engage and connect with supporters online to drive revenue and build brand loyalty.
- Proven experience (5 years minimum) in developing and managing lotteries and or similar marketing campaigns
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills for cross-functional engagement.
- Strong analytical skills – you can understand and use data to optimise results.
- A creative mind with the ability to think outside the box.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- A NDWS clearance and completion of NDIS Online Worker Training Module will be required for this role (prior to commencement)
