Form of workOur client, a well-established and award-winning Real Estate firm with offices in both Toowoomba and Gatton, is in search of dynamic and experienced Salespeople to join their team in either location. Recognised for their commitment to excellence and outstanding service, the firm aims to appoint motivated candidates who are dedicated to Real Estate sales and are invested in career growth.
Offering a very attractive base salary plus sales commission, the ideal applicant will preferably have Real Estate experience (although this is not essential); be extremely customer focused; have a results-driven outlook; and will possess the following key attributes and experience:
- Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the Real Estate sector
- Possess a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (Essential)
- The ability to prospect through cold calling, door knocking, networking and
database management
- A strong desire to grow business; ambition; and be driven to succeed
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient technical skills ie ability to navigate a CRM system
- Proven ability to convert interest and enquiries into sales
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
