Our client, an ICT services provider with several small branches throughout Australia, is currently seeking a full-time Service Dispatch Administration Officer for their Toowoomba branch.
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and a flair for customer service. You must have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask. Must be able to type above 40 wpm.
Flexibility in working hours is essential as work hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm during daylight savings time (October to March) and 8:00 am to 4:30 pm from April to September. Alternatively, a consistent schedule of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm is also an option throughout the entire year.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Data entry in ConnectWise, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams in a timely manner
- Service Ticket Triage
- Resource Allocation
- Service Queue Coordination
- Time Entry and Timesheet Quality Control
- Proactive and Preventative Maintenance Work Coordination
- Customer Liaison
- 3rd Party Vendor Liaison
- Service Operations Reporting (Internal / External)
- Freight Bookings
- Answer helpdesk phone calls
- Travel Bookings
