AddressAs the caretaker for the Coomera Waters Estate, Coomera Waters Management are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the estate.
An opportunity has become available for an experienced, motivated and mature minded person to join our team to work in with our current Maintenance and Rec Centre coordinators. This is a full-time permanent position with full leave entitlements (annual, sick, etc.).
Our team culture is important to us, we have regular onsite team BBQ's and birthday morning tea's, annual team awards, Gatorade & ice blocks during hot/summer months, the opportunity for formal training courses/upskilling, and all tools and equipment are provided.
Duties include but are not limited to;
- Swimming pool & tennis court maintenance
- Rec Centre interior & exterior cleaning (excl. bathrooms)
- Pressure cleaning hard surfaces/pathways
- Playground maintenance
- Basic gardening e.g. weeding, watering
- Completing minor repairs including basic carpentry, painting, etc.
- Use and maintain hand tools and machinery
To be considered for this position you MUST possess the following attributes;
- Experience in a similar role
- A positive and proactive approach to work
- Current drivers’ licence
- Ability to work in a team environment and produce quality results
- Adherence to WHS policies and guidelines
